The intervention of IRGENRE was carried out in the Municipality of Afragola, a town immediately adjacent to the city of Naples, in the heart of the Campania region which benefits from access to the A1 Rome-Naples motorway. Started in 2004, it involved the construction of two commercial buildings, one sold to IKEA in 2004 and one managed by Leroy Merlin, opened in 2005.
