IRGENRE's intervention was carried out in an area of the territory south of the province of Naples, close to the Castellammare di Stabia motorway exit. The shopping centre, opened in 1990 and later sold to Auchan Italia (ADEO group), was subsequently the subject of some important expansions. The centre, still today one of the centres of reference for the territory, consists of a hypermarket and a commercial gallery of shops and restaurants.
